Features of MONOcells VET®
MONOcells VET ® is a simple, single use disposable that concentrates platelets using a unique filter-based technology. As blood flows through the MONOcells VET ® system, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) are selectively captured on the surface of the filter and then back-flushed into a smaller volume, creating a PBMC concentrate. The MONOcells VET ® system has several advantages over other techniques:
No centrifuge or power supply required
·As easy to use in the field as it is in the clinic
·Gentle gravity filtration is easy on cells and platelets, creating a high-quality concentrate that is rich
in healing and growth factors
·Cost effective and efficient
·Natural cell therapy to promote healing
·Minimally invasive
·Reduces the risk of adverse reactions by the patient’s own blood
·Same day procedure
·Can be used alone or in conjunction with other treatments, depending on the patient’s needs
