Transforming Veterinary Cell Therapy Treatment
We Specialize in Safe, Natural Treatments to Relieve Pain, Promote Healing, and Reduce Recovery Time for Pets
Indications for Veterinary Use
- Osteoarthritis
- Tendon and Ligament tears
- Bone injuries
- Muscle tears and strains
- Cartilage damage
- Joint injuries
- Wound Healing
Filter Functionality
- Simple system
- “Magic” is in the filter
- Selectively captures cells of interest (PBMC)
- Red cells, plasma, and platelets flow through
- Peripheral Blood Mononuclear cells (PBMC) are captured and subsequently recovered
Macrophage Polarization
- M1 to M2 polarization is an essential step to wound healing
- Anti-inflammatory macrophages (M2) may originate from a new wave of monocytes entering into tissues during the resolution of inflammation
- PBMC induce M1 to M2 polarization
- Tissues where macrophages remain activated in the inflammatory M1 phenotype and do not switch into the anti-inflammatory and regenerative M2 phenotype resulting in Chronic Inflammation
- A new wave of monocytes entering into tissue polarize macrophage in M2 phenotype
MONOcellsVET concentrates PBMC
- MONOcellsVET preferentially captures and concentrates PBMC
- Injection of the resulting MONOcellsVET harvest into the injury site induces M2 polarization
- The harvested MONOcellsVET solution encourages healing

MONOVET System Overview
MONOVET is a simple, single use disposable that concentrates PBMCs using a unique filter-based technology. As blood flows through the MONOVET system, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMNC) are selectively captured on the surface of the filter and then back-flushed into a smaller volume, creating a PBMC concentrate.

Future Expansion to Human Medicine
PAX Advanced Therapies is working to expand its groundbreaking mononuclear cell-based technologies into human medicine. This expansion will further enhance the potential of regenerative treatments and advance the field of cell therapy, offering new possibilities for medical innovations. Connect to learn in detail.
